This was one of the last projects I worked on in Nashville after making the decision to move to Los Angeles. If you can imagine how profoundly affecting it was to work on a video for a beautiful/bittersweet song, about a cross-country trek from Nashville to Los Angeles, while preparing to leave my hometown and loved ones behind, then taking the exact same route from the video in my own cross-country move mere months later (in a far less cool car), then you can imagine why this is a sentimental, personal favorite in my editing work.
